Description
This easy peanut butter pie is a crowd-pleaser.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter or margarine, and 1/4 cup white sugar. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake crust for 7 minutes; cool.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread mixture into cooled crust. Chill pie until firm, at least 1 hour.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead.
