Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Mix in the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
