Description

A delightful heart-shaped cheesecake perfect for Valentine’s Day, featuring a creamy filling and a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease heart-shaped molds.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the molds.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
  5. Stir in sour cream and a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality cream cheese and let the cheesecake chill overnight. Decorate with fresh strawberries.
