- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease heart-shaped molds.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the molds.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream and a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality cream cheese and let the cheesecake chill overnight. Decorate with fresh strawberries.
