A sweet and festive fudge that combines sugar cookies with Valentine’s Day flavors, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups crushed sugar cookies
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red food coloring (as needed)
- Heart-shaped sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. If needed, microwave in 15-second intervals.
- Stir in crushed sugar cookies, vanilla extract, and a few drops of red food coloring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with heart-shaped sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, remove from the pan and cut into squares.
Notes
For best results, use fresh sugar cookies. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
