Description

A sweet and festive fudge that combines sugar cookies with Valentine’s Day flavors, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups crushed sugar cookies
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring (as needed)
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. If needed, microwave in 15-second intervals.
  4. Stir in crushed sugar cookies, vanilla extract, and a few drops of red food coloring until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with heart-shaped sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, remove from the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

For best results, use fresh sugar cookies. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
