- Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, condensed tomato soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef.
- Stir continuously over medium heat until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine everything evenly.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
