A creamy, sweet and spicy dip made with ricotta cheese warm honey, and herbs. Perfect for crackers or veggies.

- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- Crackers and fresh veggies, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, hot honey, thyme, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, stir until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra hot honey.
- Serve immediately with crackers and veggies, or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Use high-quality honey for the best flavor. Adjust spiciness by adding more or less hot honey.
