For the Crust:

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly on top of the Brie and sprinkle with rosemary leaves. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
