For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the fig jam evenly on top of the Brie and sprinkle with rosemary leaves. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
