An elegant and incredibly easy appetizer featuring a wheel of creamy brie baked until warm and gooey, topped with a sweet and savory fig jam, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey.

For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Place the brie wheel in a small, oven-safe baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, you can carefully slice the top rind off the brie, but this is optional.
- Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the brie wheel. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the jam.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and warm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping.
