For the Crust:

  • 1 round loaf of sourdough bread
  • 8 oz wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Cut the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center to create a bowl shape. Place the Brie in the center of the bread.
  3. Top the Brie with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
