For the Crust:
- 1 round loaf of sourdough bread
- 8 oz wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Cut the top off the sourdough loaf and hollow out the center to create a bowl shape. Place the Brie in the center of the bread.
- Top the Brie with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
