- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the goat cheese on a baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey with rosemary over low heat for 5 minutes; remove rosemary.
- Bake the goat cheese for 10 minutes until warm.
- Drizzle with infused honey and top with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
- Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
