Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese log
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the goat cheese on a baking dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey with rosemary over low heat for 5 minutes; remove rosemary.
  4. Bake the goat cheese for 10 minutes until warm.
  5. Drizzle with infused honey and top with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
