For the Crust:

  • 1 small seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Slice the watermelon into thin rounds and arrange on a large platter.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the watermelon slices.
  3. Scatter the fresh basil leaves and crushed pistachios on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
