Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Slice the watermelon into thin rounds and arrange on a large platter.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the watermelon slices.
- Scatter the fresh basil leaves and crushed pistachios on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
