Description

A festive cheesecake with white chocolate and peppermint.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Step 3: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add white chocolate and peppermint extract.
  4. Step 4: Pour filling over crust and bake for 1 hour.
