- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Filling:
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Step 2: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Step 3: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add white chocolate and peppermint extract.
- Step 4: Pour filling over crust and bake for 1 hour.
- Step 5: Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
