Description

Delicious no-bake treats combining creamy cheesecake with fresh raspberries and white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Additional white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese, melted white chocolate, mashed raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Melt additional white chocolate and dip each ball to coat.
  5. Let them set in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
