Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional white chocolate for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese, melted white chocolate, mashed raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Melt additional white chocolate and dip each ball to coat.
- Let them set in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
