Description

These no-bake cheesecake balls combine creamy white chocolate with fresh raspberries for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Extra white chocolate for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the melted white chocolate, mashed raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and coat them in graham cracker crumbs.
