Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the melted white chocolate, mashed raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and coat them in graham cracker crumbs.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
