Description

Delicious white chocolate truffles infused with raspberry flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream until just boiling.
  2. Pour over the chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth, then mix in raspberry puree.
  4. Chill until firm, then shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
