Ingredients

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Heat the cream until just boiling.
- Pour over the chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir until smooth, then mix in raspberry puree.
- Chill until firm, then shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
