Description

A creamy and decadent cheesecake infused with white chocolate and topped with fresh strawberries.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just combined. Pour the cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries on top before serving.
