For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating until just combined. Pour the cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top before serving.
