A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring spicy prawns with garlic and chili.
Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 300g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chilies, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the prawns. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra spice, increase the amount of chili flakes. Pair with a crisp white wine.
