- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, then stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade noodles if available.
