Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, then stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles, garnished with parsley.
